Gleneagles PGA Centenary Course
The Gleneagles PGA Centenary Course, was described by Jack Nicklaus, course designer, as:
The Course is a modern classic. So much so that it was selected as the host venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup Matches.
The finest parcel of land in the world I have ever been given to work with
Unique in its challenge, it’s a course in the modern design ethos that tests the greatest players at its fullest stretch – a challenging 7,262 yards from the blue markers however, the tees are graded at each hole in five stages, down to 5,271 from the red.
The PGA Centenary Course begins by playing southeast towards the glen, sweeping up the Ochil Hills to the summit of the pass below Ben Shee which joins it to Glendevon.
