– Visitors can freely browse This Site without the need to login or register and as such, the personal data processed is limited to that required to conduct our contractual and legal obligations.

Information stored about you as a result of using an on-line Enquiry Form or sending us an Email

  • On-line Enquiry forms
    Only your name and email address is required to enable us to respond to your enquiry in a meaningful way. You may provide more information, such as your preferred golfing options, if you choose and if you believe it will help us answer your request in a more directed manner.
    You will receive a copy by email of the information you have entered.
  • Ballot Buddy
    If you use our Old Course Ballot date matching service (Ballot Buddy) we ask that you provide a telephone number. This is used when it has not been possible to contact you via email. The number will be shared only with your Ballot Buddy (date match).
  • Email
    A record of our email correspondence with you will be stored by us.

Chargeable services

  • Ballot Buddy is a chargeable service. When you pay the fee for the service you will do so through an entirely separate and secure third party online payment system such as Stripe.

    If we undertake any chargeable golf services you will be able to pay on-line through an entirely separate and secure third party online payment system such as Paypal, or you can pay directly via banker draft.

When you make on-line payments we receive confirmation of your payment but no payment information is shared with us.

– We analyse user behaviour in order to better serve you and other visitors to This Site. Tracking your activity (what you click on, how long you stay) helps us make better decisions about content and design.
