Key information:
The newest addition to the St Andrews Links stable of courses, The Castle Course opened in 2008 becoming the seventh course for The Links Trust. Designed by Scottish Architect David McClay Kidd (creator of Bandon Dunes in the US).
Located just outside of St Andrews, less than a 1/4hr drive from the town. The course has been designed with sweeping panoramic views across the water and towards the town.

Good to know:
- Caddies are available (pre booking recommended and subject to availability). Forecaddies – only allowed on days of high demand as agreed by the Caddie Manager. On all other occasions the policy of one caddie per player applies.
- Buggies are available for golfers over the age of 65 or with a medical certificate, subject to availability and course conditions.
- Calloway golf clubs and shoes are available for hire.
- Trolley hire – no need to book. Both manual and battery available.
- Replay rate of 50% off. Valid within 7 days of initial date of play and applies to one morning and one afternoon round.
- The course shuts for winter maintenance – open from March to October
- Junior 50% rate offered to players aged 16 years and younger.
Single Golfers
You cannot book tee times 2+ days in advance. You can book 1 day in advance or on the day (excl. New Course when you should approach the Starter on the day you want to play). Call St Andrews Links Trust Reception Team on +44 1334 466666 from 07:00hrs.
